staying active, despite the rush and chaos of modern life.

In addition to promoting raw nutrition, Monica also advocates
staying active. A former competitive figure skater,
she has always been interested in fitness. For over
10 years, she has practiced vinyasa flow yoga and Pilates.
Meditation, walking, and lifting light weights are also important
components of her fitness routine.
Monica maintains that adopting a low-fat, raw vegan diet
and staying fit will not only reward you with an energetic,
clean, lean body, but will also foster positive change, allowing
you to gain personal, inner peace, success, and balance in
